Is this a private or shared transfer service?

All JustGo Transfers are private, we provide a door-to-door service for you and your party


Do you apply special rates for children or infants?

Children and/or infants and do count as one person, as they take up a seat in the vehicle.


How do I pay for my requested private airport transfer service?

Payments can be made through Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Cash Payment made in full to the driver in Euros €.


Does my private airport transfer drop me off and pick me up at the door of my accommodation?

Yes, we will drop you off and pick up at the address provided in your booking.


Do we have to pay extra for child seats?

No, we supply them free of charge, as all children under the age of 12 years or until they reach a height of 135 cm must use them according to both Portuguese Law and EU Directives.


How long will I have to wait at the airport?

Our driver will be at the airport at the scheduled arrival time of your flight. We monitor all flight arrival times and also our drivers track your designated flight through the Faro Airport Official mobile app, we will be waiting for you at the arrival hall and head straight to. Usually it will take you about 30m to collect your luggage and complete the check-out process.


What are 30 minute Deals?

JustGo Transfers website randomly creates transfer Deals which are valid for 30 minutes for your pick-up. For example, a Deal for Albufeira is created with the time 17:00 to 17:30, this means you can choose your pick-up between those two times.


I am traveling to a private accommodation, not a hotel, is that a problem?

No problem whatsoever, please provide us with the full address as accurately as you possibly can or the GPS coordinates. If it is a private villa and you have never been there before, the booking agent will usually provide you with driving instructions, bring them with you and we will do our best effort to take you to your destination place.


How long will the driver wait for you at the Faro Airport meeting point?

Our driver will wait no longer than an hour (1:00h), after the flight has landed but he never will leave without confirming with our local office. We strongly recommend you to give as a call if you have any problem while you are collecting your luggage or any other reason.


Will there be any extra charge for delayed flights?

JustGo Transfers will not charge you for any delayed flights.


Can I speak directly to somebody from JustGo Transfers?

You are always welcome to contact us directly by email or telephone with any questions, queries, and amendments to your booking or to share an experience… no question is too small… If it´s important to you it´s important to us also.


Do your prices include tolls to and from the airport?

Yes, all prices displayed include tolls.


I have just booked a transfer but I have not received my Booking Voucher yet. What shall I do?

Please check your SPAM Box or JUNK Mail. If you still have not found your voucher, please contact us in order to verify your email address in our system.


What if I need to amend/cancel my booking reservation?

All amendments or cancelations should be done via email by providing us with your Booking ID and all details needed for the correction or cancelation.


Can 9 passengers sit in an 8-seater minivan?

No, every passenger must be in their individual seat with their own seat belt.


How do I locate my driver at Faro Airport upon my arrival?

Once you have completed your booking, you will automatically receive an email with your Travel Voucher with the arrival instructions for meeting your driver.


Where are, your vehicles parked?

All vehicles are parked in a designated parking by the Faro Airport authorities. Our driver will lead you to your transportation.


I have lots of luggage, golf clubs, mountain bike, electric scooter, foldable wheelchair, etc. Will there be room in the vehicle?

You´re required to inform us of such items during the booking process or by email and we will make the necessary arrangements.
